No story lives unless someone wants to listen.

My Journey
We all have a story. Before I was a therapist, I was a stay-at-home mom to TEN (!) children. Through a series of personal losses, God put me on a healing journey that led me to this chapter of my life. My experiences of the "broken road" have helped me to offer my clients understanding and insight based on real life lived. I get it. I want to help you realize...you got this.
What to Expect
When we work together, I want to know your story, but I am willing to be patient as you learn to trust me with it and as you set the pace for telling it.
My approach is supportive and gentle. I am good at educating to help you understand how you arrived at this place, and I offer tools to guide you toward where you want to go. I have a special interest in helping clients deal with abuse trauma, sexual problems, and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR and integrate somatic experiences into our sessions.
I can sit with you in your sorrow, but I also like to share laughter with my clients.
But wait....there's more!
